This coffee is a caturra variety grown at Hacienda La Neutral high in the mountains close to Jinotega, Nicaragua. This variety has a gentle profile, it is a well-balanced, smooth coffee with slight aroma of tobacco and vanilla. Its sweetness is complimented by a distinctive citrus acidity and pleasant cacao notes.
